Privacy Policy

We don't collect your data. We don't sell it, share it, or analyze it. We don't run ads. We don't use AI on your information. We don't know who you are beyond what Apple tells us when you sign in - and we only use that to let you back into your game.

That's it. The rest of this page is the legal version of the same thing.

The only information we receive is what Apple passes us when you sign in with Apple ID:

• ▸A unique identifier Apple generates for your account (not your Apple ID itself)
• ▸An email address - only if you choose to share it (Apple lets you hide this)
• ▸Your first and last name - only on first sign-in, only if you choose to share it

We store the minimum needed to maintain your game account. Your save data (rig tier, cred, run history, crew) lives on your device and optionally syncs through Apple's iCloud - which is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.

To be explicit:

• ✕No location data
• ✕No device identifiers beyond what Apple Sign-In provides
• ✕No usage analytics or telemetry
• ✕No crash reporting that includes personal information
• ✕No in-app behavior tracking
• ✕No purchase history (Apple handles all transactions)
• ✕No contact lists, photos, microphone, or camera access
• ✕No third-party advertising SDKs
• ✕No social media trackers
• ✕No fingerprinting

We do not use AI or machine learning on your data. Your gameplay, decisions, run history, and account information are never fed into any AI model - not for personalization, not for analytics, not for anything.

We are not an AI company. We make a game.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties, advertisers, data brokers, or analytics companies. We do not rent, license, or trade your information.

The only parties that receive any information about you are:

• ▸Apple - because Sign in with Apple is their product and your purchases go through their App Store
• ▸Our hosting infrastructure - only to the extent needed to serve the app (no personal data is logged)

If we are ever compelled by law to disclose information, we will notify you to the extent permitted by law before doing so.

Authentication is handled entirely by Apple. We never see your Apple ID password. Apple gives you the option to hide your email behind a relay address - we support this and it has no effect on your account.

You can:

• ▸Delete your account at any time from within the app - this removes all server-side data associated with your identifier
• ▸Stop using Sign in with Apple at any time by revoking access in your Apple ID settings
• ▸Request a copy of any data we hold about you by emailing us

Because we collect so little, there's not much to hand over - but we'll tell you exactly what we have.

BadSector 1911 is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we will notify you through the app before the change takes effect. We will never change this policy to allow data collection or sharing that isn't listed here without your explicit consent.
